🌐 Services Marketplace Update

We’ve given the Services area on the Owners Connect website a pretty major overhaul.

Service providers can now:

- Add screenshots and a banner to their listings
- Receive comments and questions directly from users
- Get messages and information directly from OC staff
- Receive a Discord DM notification when someone sends you a message through the site

There are still a couple layout gremlins we’re working out, but for the most part the new system is ready to go.

📣 Free advertising is included

Services listed on OC are now being added into our normal advertising rotation. That means simply having an active service listed with us can get it promoted through Owners Connect social media — for free.

Because of that, we’re also going to be a little more diligent about making sure listings are actually still active.

Coming soon, service providers will need to log into the OC website at least once every two weeks to confirm they’re still around and offering their service.

If you don’t check in, your listing will automatically be moved to Draft and removed from public listings until you return.

Basically: free advertising, but we’re not going to advertise a service whose owner vanished into the void six months ago.
