What is an OC profile?
An OC profile is your public Owners Connect identity. It can show your badges, vouches, staff history, services, portfolio, links, contact info, and OC Core activity.
How do badges work?
Some badges are automatic, like level and vouch badges. Other badges are staff-assigned for trust, skills, owner experience, or fun community recognition.
What is verified staff history?
Staff history entries can be submitted by members and reviewed by OC staff. Verified entries show that the experience has been checked instead of only claimed.
Where do I find bot commands?
Use /help overview in Discord or visit the OC Core command page at /bot.
Can I add services or portfolio items?
Yes. Go to your dashboard profile editor and use the Services or Portfolio tabs.
Are devouches public?
Devouches are part of trust signals, but staff review and visibility rules decide what shows where.
Can I browse services?
Yes. Visit /services to browse public service listings by category and availability, then check the provider profile before making contact.
