Villa Lily Mai

Villa Lily Mai is a well equipped, modern villa on the quiet, gated Carabela Complex in Playa Blanca.

It has a good sized garden with private pool (heated November to April).

The villa is a modern property on one level which is suitable for all ages.

The south facing extensive terraces are a perfect place to sunbathe, and there are mountain views to the stunning Montana Roja. The villa has a private swimming pool and adjacent terraces with sun loungers and contemporary garden furniture. There is a shaded pergola with table and seating, which can be illuminated for alfresco dining, and a typical Canarian BBQ.

The mature gardens have Canarian lava stone walls, local plants, and are well maintained.

Inside, the house is light and airy, and is tastefully furnished and comfortable. The lounge has a vaulted ceiling and patio doors which open to the sunny terrace. There is a large flat screen TV, DVD player, books, DVDs and games, CD / radio and fan.

The villa has free wifi. There is even an electric fire for those few cooler evenings.

The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom has twin beds and an additional, comfortable folding bed is available. Duvets are provided in the winter months. The second bathroom is a contemporary shower room.

The fully fitted modern kitchen with granite worktops is larger than average and is well equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher, drinking water filtration system, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and lots of crockery and glassware.

A separate utility room houses the washing machine, and there is a clothes airer.

We have tried to think of all the little extras for guests’ convenience, and the villa has a safe, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, fans and a full length mirror. A cot and highchair are available on request.

Playa Blanca town centre is approximately 30 minutes walk away along the stunning seafront promenade. There are several great restaurants and bars within 10 minutes walk at Faro Park or the Mulata Centre. Taxis are inexpensive and easily available.
