Blue Marlin has a private driveway set in a landscaped garden, once inside you will find a comfortable living/dining room with seating for five and a dining area that seats 6 a Smart TV with all the latest channels that can be tuned into a language of your choice for those evening you don’t want to go out, plus a music system. Two sets of double doors lead out to the terrace with a table and chairs for al fresco dining, a brick built BBQ, an electrically heated pool plus sunbeds all set in a landscaped garden surrounded by 7′ high walls. There is a separate kitchen equipped to the highest standard, fridge with freezer below, oven, hob, kettle, toaster, blender, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board sufficient cutlery, china and glassware to cater for all your needs. Blue Marlin has two bathrooms, downstairs the bathroom is a wet room/toilet/basin and upstairs it is a full bathroom with bath/shower over/toilet and basin – the upstairs bathroom is between the two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, fitted wardrobes with security safe, and two balconies, one overlooks the pool area and one overlooks the front garden – both have mountain views, the second bedroom has two single beds that can be joined if necessary, fitted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking the front garden, large floor standing fans are in each of the bedrooms and also heaters for the winter evenings can be found upstairs and in the living room. Unlimited wifi and pool heating are included in the price and the pergola overlooking the pool and the pergola on the driveway are both covered.
