Instructions to Owners who wish to list

Welcome to Owners Connect!

Owners Connect is a listings only website, you pay to list your property and that’s it. We take no part in taking bookings, dealing with your customers or handling your money. Customers simply find your property on our website and send you a message to request a booking.

Listings cost just £75 (roughly €85) per year. For that you get your listing here, direct contact with your clients and the right to advertise on our extremely busy Facebook group. With over 7000 active members and growing, it’s a constant source of bookings.

Please follow the instructions below in order to list your property:

Registering as a new member and owner:

  1. Go to www.ownersconnect.net
  2. Select “Signup”
  3. In the popup form select “I want to rent my property”
  4. Add a Username, email address and password, complete the “I am not a robot” security
  5. Once logged in go to your account page (this should open on login)
  6. Select “Add New Listing”

From there it will take you through the process. Starting with the description page, please note that some of the boxes are mandatory and must be completed. Click “save” after each page to move to the next section

In the “Pricing” section prices must be per night. It is possible to set customised pricing for different times of year in the “Property price” section, you’ll find a calendar at the bottom of the section in which to do this. Just click on the date you wish to change the price from to bring up the form. Please ensure you add a nightly price for weekdays AND weekends. I suggest you take your lowest weekly price divided by 7 and rounded up to give the nightly price. On the pricing page please DO NOT select the “Pay by number of guests option” this will stop your pricing showing correctly. We can add a “From” in front of it if your rates vary over the year.

You can add any current bookings manually through the “Calendar” or “All in one Calendar” option on your profile page, just click a date to bring up the form, ensure that the “mark days as booked” box is ticked to display bookings on your calendar.

As I don’t intend to ever be involved in taking payments for peoples holidays please ensure that the “Allow instant booking” box is NOT selected!
